Hill Family 2013

The other day I had the pleasure of photographing the Hill family.  They are good friends that enjoy sailing so we decided to do their shoot on their sail boat!

This provided some awesome backgrounds for photographs, but it also posed some very difficult shots to getting all 6 of them in focus:)

The individual shots were obviously much easier and I could use a f/2 aperture rather than a f/6.3 for better bokeh (ie subject isolation with a nice out of focus background)

I’ve included the rest of the photos in a gallery.  I hope they and you like how they turned out as much as I do 🙂

  1. Absolutely love them! My favorite is of us sitting along the boat in a row with our bare feet (of course)! It’s going to be hard to choose. Thanks for capturing such great individual shots as well.

    • Your welcome! I appreciate the opportunity to take them for you 🙂
I knew the bare feet would be one of your favorites. Now if we could have just gotten all of the guys to roll up there jeans……..*wink*
